The Udorn is a Thai business hotel in a quiet part of the city - that was the theory anyway.
An older building, the rooms are nice and big although a lot of them had a very unused for quite a while smell. We changed rooms for our second night - rooms at the back face onto a very loud disco attached to the hotel which remains open into the small hours - don't say you weren't warned.
Both of the rooms we had were clean and the beds comfortable enough, but both were a bit on the noisy side. I was very disappointed that the disco, which nobody could have slept through, was not so much as mentioned when we checked in.
Not a bad little hotel, but I'm sure that with a bit of time to look around there would be much better value in Udon Thani.
